We are a second generation aspiring company. In year 1978, Our foundation was laid by Late Chandrakant Kele and Late Lata Kele (also belovingly known as Kele Kaka and Kaku). Chandrakantji Kele (Kaka) was a well known personality in the field of not only Real Estate, Dairy Business but also in Philanthropy, Political, Educational, Social and Religious undertakings he took for the benefit of the society. Inspired by his vision and values inculcated by him in the entire co-workers, the Group is now headed under the active guidance of Mr. Vishal Chandrakant Kele. 

We are land and Real Estate Development company operating majorly in Dhule city. We also have presence through our sister concerns in Pune, Nasik and Konkan region.
